The samples were put in 500 mL PEHD containers and stored in a temperature of four °C until arrival within the laboratory. For each sample, 3 aliquots were being isolated and pre-taken care of based on the kind of research: the aliquot useful for the Assessment of HMs (except Hg) was dried in a very thermoventilated oven at a temperature underneat
